Child & Adolescent

Growing up often brings with it unique social and emotional challenges.  Therapy for children and adolescents can be helpful to address a variety of obstacles youth today face.

I work with children and adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18.  I provide support with issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, building healthy coping skills, managing stress, life transitions, and grief and loss. Please reach out to learn further how I may be able to support your child or adolescent.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an opportunity to work toward personal goals whether it be managing mental health symptoms, personal development, or processing trauma.

Areas I am able to support individuals with include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, managing stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I look forward to walking alongside you in support of your goals and addressing the ups and down of life.

Couples Therapy

Romantic relationships are our most intimate and the intricacies of communication and blending differing backgrounds can be challenging!

Therapy is a space for processing relational challenges, including but not limited to, communication issues, managing conflict, broken trust, addressing parenting challenges, and premarital counseling. I look forward to connecting with you, learning your goals, and supporting you in growing together as a couple.

Family
Therapy

Family dynamics are complex and bringing family issues into a therapeutic space is an opportunity to grow as a family unit and learn skills to support a healthier family system.

Some of the areas I am able to support families in include, but are not limited to, grief and loss, communication, managing conflict, and life transitions. I look forward to learning how I can offer support to your family. At this time I am only able to accommodate groups of four or less people.
